Description of goods delivered: The Customer or their authorized Representative received the requested party equipment including but not limited to tables, chairs, tents, canopies, coffee urns, coolers, speakers, lights, extension cords, chafing dishes, chafing fuel etc from the Business. The undersigned Customer or his/her Representative hereby acknowledges the actual receipt and delivery of the ordered goods described on the invoice previously provided to the Customer.

Condition of goods: The Customer accepts and hires the items on an “as is” basis. The Customer shall ensure at the time of pick up or delivery that goods received are in working condition acceptable to the Customer and declares that the Customer fully understands its proper operation and use*. Once the item(s) are picked up by the Customer or accepted on delivery, items are deemed to be in good condition unless noted on the rental contract otherwise.

* Serious injury could occur if the rentals are used improperly. Rentals are not meant for standing/leaning on them. They are meant to be used on level grounds only. Maximum loads include - Chairs 100 kgs./220 lbs | Tables 200kgs./440 lbs | Benches 300kgs./660lbs

Liability: The Customer accepts all responsibility and liability for any property damage or personal injury arising from use of item(s) rented from the Business by any cause.

Loss and Damage: Customer is responsible for all rental equipment from the time received to the time they are returned to the Business. All items should be secured and protected from theft or damage. Missing or broken items will be charged at retail replacement value ($30/folding fabric-padded chair, $20/folding vinyl-padded chair, $80/chafing dish & $80/table).

Late Returns: The customer agrees to return the rentals by a predefined date and time. Rentals returned after the agreed upon time will incur additional fees as follows:

Cleaning Policy: The customer agrees to return the rentals cleaned and without any damage/scratches. Rentals returned uncleaned/damaged will incur additional fees. To avoid damage, please do not drag the equipment on floors or carpets. Chafing dish must be returned in a clean manner as it was received. For a quicker clean, use SOS pad with warm water to scrub chafing dish and rinse, then dry with paper towel. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL IN CHAFING DISHES TO CLEAN (will leave scratches and damage the dish) Or immerse the dish in warm water with mild detergent. Use a soft cloth/sponge to remove grease and food crust. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry with cloth or towel. $20 charge will apply for each dirty/uncleaned chafing dish return and $5 for each uncleaned fuel holder or still has the fuel gel in it.

Payment policy:

Credit Card: Charges will be processed prior to delivery or client pickup from the storage Additional charges will be incurred for missing and/or damaged items.

Cash/e-Transfer: An additional deposit is required for all rental orders paid with cash or e-Transfer. The full deposit is refunded once all rental items are returned in good condition.

Deposit policy

To confirm your order we require full payment at check out. Once a payment is placed, we are now holding the rental products specifically for you. As a result, if the order is canceled within 24 hours of pickup time, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Delivery policy

We are responsible to deliver and stack all items in a convenient location/curbside (main level). Our delivery personnel are not going to deliver or pick up your order inside your unit, house or party hall. Delivery does not include any set up .

We collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
