Cancellation Policy

- Less than 24hr notice, full invoice balance charged, no refund.

- Less than 1 week notice, 25% of invoice balance charged and remaining amount will be refunded

- More than 1 week notice, 3% of invoice balance charged to cover our payment processing fees, remaining amount will be refunded.

How does the pricing work?

The rentals are given for a 24 hour period. To rent for a longer period, the daily rental rate will be multiplied by the number of days required. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Can we get a quote?

Yes. We are pleased to provide a free quote upon request either by email or on phone.

When is the payment made for the order?

Full payment for the order is due at the time of booking. You will be prompted and will have the option to pay using Credit Card of your choice (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) or through PayPal at checkout screen.

Do you accept last minute booking?

Our booking system will allow you to book your rental with a minimum of 3 hour notice. If you need to make last minute reservation, please contact us directly through our phone number.

How long are the rentals for?

Our rentals are per day, however we give you the flexibility to pick up a day before and drop it off a day later that allows you to keep rentals for up to 48 hours or 2 days. You will not be charged for an additional day.This allows you to pick up items day prior to your event and return day after your event.

How far in advance should I make reservation?

We recommend making reservation for your event as early as possible to ensure items and service availability.

However, for small orders such as chairs, tables, chafing dishes, coffee urns we suggest making a reservation one week ahead of your event.

We accept last minute reservation with condition that items you are looking for are available.

If you are unable to book online last minute, please call us at (647) 471-9944) during business hours or send us a text during after hours to get an immediate response.

Can I view the items before placing an order?

Yes, please contact us to schedule your visit and we will be happy to show you any items or even demo functionality (for speakers, projector etc)

We do not accept Walk-Ins as this is a Pick Up / Drop Off location only and not a showroom.

Do you offer equipment delivery service?

Yes, we offer delivery across GTA with additional charge.

Delivery can be selected during checkout when making an online reservation.

Our standard small delivery charge is $100 for up-to 10kms from L5R 0C4 that covers mostly Mississauga area (For Small Van Orders Only)

Larger orders and deliveries beyond Mississauga are subject to additional distance charge of $150 and up.

Can I pick up and return items myself?

At checkout you will be prompted to select different options to get items delivered or self pick up and return. Please select appropriate option at check out.

What is your delivery process?

  • Items are delivered curbside to your provided address at the time of your selected rental period.
  • Items are picked up curbside from your provided address at the end of your selected rental period.
  • Standard delivery includes curbside delivery and pick up. It is customers responsibility to receive the order as they are stacked in an area that. is convenient (Garage, Driveway or Front Porch)
  • Customer is required to stack all items in the same manner as they were during delivery.
  • Time spent or requests to pick up scattered items will incur additional labour charges determined by our operations team.

This process allows us to keep prices affordable and follow an efficient vehicle route.

You are notified a few hours ahead of your estimated delivery time and we work with you to ensure someone over 18 is available to accept delivery or supervise pick up.

Do you offer of rental equipment?

Yes, you will be prompted with Standard Delivery & Setup option at checkout when making an online reservation.

Our standard setup includes setup of one 10×20 Popup tent, 20 Chairs and 5 Tables.

Larger item quantities or tent setups will be subject to additional fees determined based on order size and equipment type.

What if I am running late to return rental equipment?

We understand that it happens sometimes, kindly call or send us a text to inform us incase you are running behind schedule.

Our late return policy is stated in our Terms and Conditions along with related charges.

We try our best to accommodate these situations on a case by case basis. Letting us know helps in making arrangements for next customer who may be scheduled to pick up items in your possession.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  1. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) and PayPal
  2. Interac: email transfer to [email protected]
  3. Cash is accepted along with a security deposit which is determined by your order size.
  4. Klarna: If you wish to pay in installments (prompted at checkout online)

What is required to confirm a rental order?

  • Upfront full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental items and reserve your event date.

Are there any additional charges beyond the rental cost?

  • Yes, additional charges such as HST, delivery fees, and damage waivers may apply.
  • These will be clearly outlined during the booking process and must be fully paid before the event date or upon delivery.

How do you ensure the security of online payments?

We process payments using secure platforms of Stripe, PayPal, or Interac, all of which adhere to industry-leading security standards. Your payment details are encrypted and securely handled during transactions. Credit card or payment information is stored in our system until the order is completed, ensuring the deposit and any potential damage charges are managed appropriately.

Can I get a refund if I've reserved and paid for rental items but no longer need them?

Refunds are not typically issued once rental items are reserved and payment is made. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Typically we will issue you a credit to be used for a future event and can be used within one year of issue date.

Can I get a refund for unused rental items?

As per our policy, refunds are not provided for rental items, regardless of whether they are used or not.

Can I modify or reschedule my rental order? Is there any fee?

  • Yes, you can request to modify your order or reschedule the rental period by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on item availability.
  • Please note that additional charges may apply for changes that increase the rental cost.

Is set up of equipment included in rental price?

  • With exception to Tents, all rental equipment is subject to additional setup fee and is not included in rental price.
  • You are prompted to select if you wish to add setup service for equipment, a team member will then discuss exact charges as this depends on equipment type and order size.
  • Setup of tents is included in our delivery service. All other equipment is typically stacked in one area for you to set up at your convenience unless a setup service was selected.

Do I need to do anything for setup or install?

  • Our goal is to minimize any effort on your end. However, we require setup area to be free of any obstructions, lawn to be mowed, patio furniture to be removed and ensure path to move items from parking to setup area is clear.
  • This ensures our setup is done in timely manner
  • Setup service obstructed by stairs, elevators, parking fees, uneven surface are subject to additional cost in delivery. This is typically adjusted in your invoice after discussing with you and coming to an agreement,

Do I need to be present during setup or installation?

  • As long as we have clear instructions on where and how each item is required to be setup. We do not need you to be present.
  • However, it is best to be present to ensure the equipment has been setup and installed as per your liking.
